Ken Bramlage

Chief Financial Officer

Ken Bramlage serves as Chief Financial Officer of Tectonic Financial, as well as Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of T Bank, N.A.  He joined the Bank in 2007 as Vice President and Controller, and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2010.  Under his management, T Bank has consistently ranked among the Top 200 Healthiest Banks in the United States in Lending Tree’s annual analysis, once again making the list in 2020.

Ken manages the company’s overall financial activities, drives operational excellence and has oversight of the company’s financial performance, reporting and long-range business planning. 

Prior to joining the Bank, Ken was Vice President and Controller for a $1.0 billion savings bank headquartered in Olathe, Kansas.  He started his career in internal auditing with Texas American Bank in Fort Worth, Texas before joining a privately owned commercial bank in Fort Worth to establish an internal audit department, where he was subsequently named to the office of Vice President and Controller. 

Mr. Bramlage earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting at Kansas State University in 1984, and became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas in 1985.
