Thad Hutcheson

Chief Information Officer

Thad Hutcheson serves as Chief Information Officer of the holding company and the bank. Thad was foundational in the formation and initial public offering of T Bank, beginning with the organization of the bank’s holding company in 2003, followed by the bank opening its doors as a de novo bank in 2004. He developed the Bank’s IT strategy to align people, processes and technology across business operations.

At Tectonic Financial, Thad continually elevates Tectonic’s information technology and digital strategy including applications, data, cybersecurity and infrastructure, which are a vital part of nearly every aspect of the client experience and important to staying a step ahead in the marketplace. 

Prior to joining T Bank, Thad was a technology consultant, working on projects in a variety of industries and capacities. He studied Computer Science at Texas A&M University before completing his B.S. in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. He has numerous technical certifications.
