Ms. Bomersbach has served as a director of the Company since March 2019. Ms. Bomersbach currently serves as a financial advisor to companies in the energy sector. From 2010 to 2021 she served as Chief Financial Officer of Tristate Midstream, a natural gas gathering company. Prior to that, Ms. Bomersbach was the Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Crosby, an upstream oil and gas company, in 2009. Ms. Bomersbach is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, and graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BBA and MS in Accounting. We believe Ms. Bomersbach brings to the Board of Directors experience in financial and accounting matters, internal controls and compliance (from an accounting standpoint). Ms. Bomersbach is our audit committee financial expert.
